Archiving Policy

Meteor STIP Marunda is committed to the long-term preservation of and permanent access to all published content.

Electronic archiving
All published articles, together with their metadata and full-text PDF files, are stored permanently on the journal’s Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform hosted by Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Pelayaran (STIP) Jakarta. The institution maintains regular backups of the journal server and database to prevent data loss.

Persistent identifiers and metadata
Every published article is assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) registered with Crossref (prefix 10.36101), ensuring a permanent link to the article. Article metadata is made available through the OAI-PMH protocol and is harvested by indexing services such as Google Scholar, Garuda, and SINTA.

Self-archiving by authors
Authors may deposit the submitted, accepted, and published versions of their articles in institutional or subject repositories, as described in the journal’s Deposit Policy.

Permanence of the record
Published articles are never removed from the archive. Any correction or retraction is handled according to the journal’s Correction and Retraction policy, and the original article remains accessible with a linked notice.
