Meteor STIP Marunda is a fully open access journal that does not charge any fees to authors. There are no costs at any stage of the publication process:

• Article Processing Charge (APC): Free (IDR 0)
• Page or colour charges: None
• DOI assignment: Free

All costs for editorial management, peer review, copyediting, layout, DOI registration, and online publication are fully covered by Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Pelayaran (STIP) Jakarta as the publisher. This policy supports the wide dissemination of maritime research and ensures that the ability to pay never influences editorial decisions.

All published articles are freely available to read, download, and share immediately upon publication, without subscription or registration, in accordance with our Open Access Policy.

The decision to accept or reject a manuscript is based solely on its scientific quality, originality, and relevance to the journal’s scope, as assessed through our peer review process.
